Présentation
Le séminaire Grands récits de la pensée juridique se propose d’accueillir des juristes qui contribuent d’une manière importante, par leurs travaux et réflexions, à explorer ces territoires de la pensée juridique. Dans ce cadre, nos invités viendront notamment exposer leur conception, leur approche de l’histoire de la pensée juridique.
Après avoir reçu James Gordley, Morton J. Horwitz, Olivier Jouanjan, Duncan Kennedy, Marie-France Renoux-Zagamé, Aldo Schiavone, nous aurons le plaisir d'entendre:
